A remake of a remake so that pretty much tells you everything you need to know about the overall quality of the movie. Antoine Fuqua directs this star studded action western remake but unlike its predecessors this version of The Magnificent Seven isnt really that magnificent rather its more so just The Average Seven. I will say though is that i did like the action in it Fuqua seems to know how to direct his action sequences and despite its faults i still found it to be a fun movie just not a good remake.
